However, we always demand that those parties adhere to the same security procedures that we follow ourselves.
By entering a prize promotion you grant YST, any third parties (appointed by YST for the purpose of organising and/or managing the prize promotion) and the prize promotion sponsor(s) permission to use your name and likeness for the purpose of organising and/or managing the prize promotion, for announcing the winner of the prize promotion and for related promotional purposes.
It is assumed that by entering prize promotions which, if won, could result in time off work, your employer is in agreement to time off. When dates are specified they cannot be altered.
Depending on the nature of the prize, its use or enjoyment may be subject to further conditions or restrictions.
Winners will be notified after the draw. Winners have five (5) days, unless otherwise stated, to respond in full to prize notification, or another winner will be drawn.

The website Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Only one entry per person. Spammers will be disqualified. Entries from third parties or automated entry services are not allowed. All entries failing to meet this criteria will be disqualified.
YST will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
The promotional draw is held by YST.
Individual prize promotions on www.yoursourcetoday.com may also have additional terms and conditions, such as specific closing or contact dates. Any additional terms and conditions regarding a competition will be highlighted in the pages setting out the details of that competition.
Prizes may take up to 28 for delivery. If prizes are not received after 28 days please contact editor@yoursourcetoday.com or telephone 01342 892588. Non-receipt of prizes after this 28 day period must be registered and acknowledged within the following 10 days, otherwise your prize will be deemed as delivered and any future claim will be null and void.
Any prize that is returned due to non-delivery will be deemed as unwanted and void of any further claims.

Severability

In the event that any term of these Terms & Conditions of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions of Use shall remain valid and enforceable.

Variation of these Terms & Conditions of Use

YST reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions of Use from time to time. Such variations become effective immediately upon the posting of the varied Terms & Conditions of Use on the website. By continuing to use the website you will be deemed to accept such variations.

General

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions of Use shall restrict or exclude any liability that we have to any party which cannot be excluded by law and in particular, and notwithstanding any term of these Terms & Conditions of Use, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence shall not be limited or excluded in any way.
These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
